Being part of Kino reminds me every day of the importance of empathy and service. In my daily work, I support the coordination of activities, the organization of processes, and communication among teams, with the goal of ensuring that our work is efficient and well-structured. What motivates me the most is knowing that behind every task, there are people who arrive with uncertainty and in need of support. Being able to contribute to making them feel welcomed, accompanied, and respected is what gives meaning to my work and inspires me to keep giving my best every day.
