The Kino Border Initiative has addressed the immediate material, psychological, and spiritual needs of over 75,000 migrants in our current facility over the last 10 years. Now, after years of planning, the KBI is preparing to move into our new facility that will better meet our mission. Your support of the Migrant Outreach Center will enable the KBI to better meet the increased needs of migrants on the border and accommodate those who want to witness the realities of the border through education and tourism. We are in the final stages of a capital campaign to fund the center, and if you would like to be a part of its construction, you can make a contribution here: https://www.kinoborderinitiative.org/capital-campaign-pledge/ . Many thanks for making our work possible!
I think that the work being done by KBI is absolutely great. Many of these people just wish for a safe life, and KBI is helping them to get that wish. I think the expansions that they have made with the new buildings is a great step, but they do need more space. I know they are attempting to expand and that is great news. The services that KBI is offering are all of great help to these migrants. The pastoral and spiritual aid they are offering is a great idea, and they should continue to offer it to other centers they are planning to make.
