My primary objective is to provide comprehensive support to the migrant population we receive and to coordinate the implementation of local strategies that can effectively address the needs of migrants upon their arrival at the Nogales border. In the Social Work sector, individuals often share their primary needs and concerns during their migration journey. However, during this support process, we also identify the strengths, skills, and experiences that these individuals bring from their places of origin, enabling us to collaboratively develop solutions to their current needs.
